HDPE Guarding – Lightweight, Ergonomic, Corrosion Resistant
Liquimech HDPE Guarding is an ergonomic, lightweight robust system driving bottom line efficiencies every day! In comparison to steel guarding alternatives, our systems can reduce the weight of guards by up to 60%. As there is no chance of corrosion with our guards the handles remain as smooth as the day they were installed. As HDPE and other poly derivatives have an incredible memory, where steel would dent HDPE our systems absorb the impact and springs back into their original shape.
HDPE Panels
Liquimech Guarding Panels are made from 100% Australian recyclable HDPE tough plastic and are built to handle any challenge- designed and extensively tested to ensure they perform even in the harshest and most remote environments.
Mesh panels protect personnel from any objects larger than the mesh size, allowing the fine material to fall through safely. Easily washable, these guards are suitable for any application from small mobile equipment to large critical infrastructure.
Steel Support
As all Liquimech Guarding systems are designed and manufactured for purpose, steel may be used as part of the system for support and stability. Framing & Support Bars will be recommended as steel manufacture in most guarding applications.

Painting not required
Liquimech manufactures guards in high visibility UV Stabilised, chemical resistant polyethylene which means even the harshest and most arid conditions are no problem. Being manufactured directly in ‘safety yellow’ HDPE, means guards do not need to be painted, such is the case with traditional steel guards.
Sustainability through recycling
Liquimech HDPE Guards are made from recycled plastic and are 100% recyclable, helping to reduce the hundreds of tons of plastic and steel dumped in landfill each year.
