Standpipe Pump packages are designed and engineered to meet your specific site’s requirements, with options from 4” (DN100) – 18” (450MM) and flow rates of up to 350L/S (litres per second). These packages can include, Pipe Floats, Suction Strainers & Foot Valves, Rapidly Deployable Bulk Water Storage Tanks (Container Tanks), Poly Tanks, Steel Liner Tanks, Hose & Spooling, Valving, Flow Meters, Portable Flow Meters, Telemetry Control and more.

Our standpipe pump package’s modular design allows for strategic installation, with the standpipe pump positioned near the water source and the collapsible stand pipe easily accessible from the roadside. This setup maximises efficiency and enhances on-site safety protocols.

How It Works

Liquimech specialises in providing reliable standpipe pump and liquid management solutions for effective dust control, soil conditioning & dewatering in industries such as mining, quarrying, and construction.

 

Collapsible Standpipe
Our collapsible stand pipe is easy to dismantle and patented (PCT/AU2021/051110). It can be paired with an optional Smart User Access Mobile App and is wind-resistant per AS/NZS1170. Available materials include HDPE, duplex-coated, stainless steel, and galvanised options.

Pumps
Our pumps feature fast fill times, an incorporated fuel tank, and a wet or vac-assist self-priming design with a weather protection roof. Liquimech Mine-spec Pump Packages can include, Fire Extinguishers, Emergency stops, Hi Vis Tape, Flashing Beacons, Remote Monitoring, Blast Covers, Anti-Vandal Covers and Cyclonic Tie downs depending on your site requirement.

They come with Bauer or Camlock fittings, a digital engine protection module, and are available with suction and discharge hoses, Motorized or actuated valves enable remote control, and we offer 4-inch, 6-inch, and 8-inch, 10-inch,12-inch,14-inch,18-inch standpipe pump packages for both temporary and permanent installations.
