The Liquimech VDS integrates with the mobile app to provide real-time visibility of proximity status, vehicle detection state, valve position, and live sensor data, while enabling secure, direct connection to nearby devices with automatic reconnection for uninterrupted operation.
The system ensures controlled activation by verifying that all required conditions are met before dispensing begins. During operation, it continuously monitors vehicle presence and system status, automatically stopping flow if the vehicle moves or exits the detection zone.
The vehicle detection system responds to stop commands in under one second—critical at 100 L/sec to prevent spillage. A dedicated E-stop overrides all inputs, and fail-safe design ensures instant valve closure on power loss or fault conditions.
